Why We Created The Story-Rich Employer List
This week, GoodSeeker is excited to announce our first set of companies for “The List.” The List is a compilation of companies we’ve found via social media that meet the following criteria:
- 50+ employees
- Currently hiring
- “Walk the talk” with values according to past and present employees
- Located in the U.S
- Using following hashtags on social media:
The purpose of the List is to recognize companies that go above and beyond to give employees visibility and a voice. In addition to actively promoting employees, these organizations focus on culture and are currently looking to expand their team.
