Why We Created Values-Driven Employer List

This week, GoodSeeker is excited to announce our first set of companies for “The List.” The List is a compilation of companies we’ve found via social media that meet the following criteria:

• Currently hiring

• Located in the U.S

The purpose of the List is to recognize companies that go above and beyond to give employees visibility and a voice. In addition to actively promoting employees, these organizations focus on culture and are currently looking to expand their team.

We seek to show what’s good behind the Glassdoor. This means going beneath the surface in how companies present their work culture on public platforms, as well as highlighting employees' contributions to the conversation. A company’s efforts in presenting themselves as a unique workplace with great culture is meaningless unless there are employee voices advocating for the brand.
