We search far and wide to find those that are 1) actively spotlighting employees on social media, 2) currently hiring, and 3) have a culture/values page on their website. From day one LP has shown a dedication to investing in our people, and ultimately, the trajectory of our organization is reflected in the success of our employees. When a new employee starts at LP we want for it to be more than job, but rather a career they are proud of, in an environment they can collaborate and feel valued in.
