Each week we search for companies that have a commitment to culture and employee success. We search far and wide to find those that are 1) actively spotlighting employees on social media, 2) currently hiring, and 3) have a culture/values page on their website. There are companies that claim they’re diverse and they’re companies that show it. We’re impressed with how transparent and open YELP is when it comes to showcasing their diverse teams and ensuring inclusion is a focus. From featuring their YELP groups such as ColorCoded, WAY, Outburst to publishing their diversity report, they really walk the talk.
