Each week we search for companies that have a commitment to culture and employee success. We search far and wide to find those that are 1) actively spotlighting employees on social media, 2) currently hiring, and 3) have a culture/values page on their website. It’s difficult to find companies that check all three of these boxes. Congratulations to these employers who made our Top Story-Rich Employers List (2/15/21).

We’re impressed with how transparent and open YELP is when it comes to showcasing their diverse teams and ensuring inclusion is a focus. From featuring their YELP groups such as ColorCoded, WAY, Outburst to publishing their diversity report, they really walk the talk.

GoodSeeker Tip: A great way to demonstrate your commitment to inclusivity is with examples. Create a campaign to collect employee generated stories as these can amplify a diverse group of employee voices! ‍
