Although VIPKid involves working remotely, we love how the company fosters community through virtual and in-person meetups and annual conferences. Teachers are connected to one another to serve as resources and to discuss how to best teach lesson plans. Their Instagram page is a testament to how much they value their teachers, highlighting employees and their contributions. In many posts, they reward teachers for their creativity and dedication.
