WHAT IS A SPOTLIGHT PAGE?
A spotlight page is a dedicated page highlighting an employee or a group of employees. They're great places to share an employee's role, special talents, and how they support the team. Spotlight pages can also be where you share fun facts about an employee and why they like to work at your company! All in all, these pages are another way to celebrate employee success!
STEPS FOR CREATING AN EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
- Sign into your GoodSeeker account.
- Go to your storyboard.
- Click on "Spotlights" in grey.
- Create a spotlight campaign (i.e. spotlight on collaboration or the IT department)
- Start sharing spotlights!
Here's an example spotlight on Judy from our customer Aspen Dental. Their tags such as leadership, compassion, and caring add an extra uniqueness to the spotlight. It also provides a great overview of who she is and her background!
