It’s great to hear Bryan share, “I start my meetings asking how my team is doing as humans first, because if the answer is not okay, then nothing else matters.” This demonstrates how he’s a leader who cares and it highlights the compassionate culture at Indeed. During the midst of the lingering pandemic, it’s critical to check in with your employees often - love seeing Bryan share these thoughts with his network. In addition to working at Indeed, Bryan is also the Co-Founder and Board Co-Chair of the Talent Brand Alliance.
